The successful candidate will develop and maintain multi-year Commercial Asset Plans, integrating system utilization, asset condition, maintenance requirements, commercial priorities and other relevant factors to optimize asset performance and support investment decisions. • Perform hydraulic modelling, utilization analysis and scenario assessments to support commercial, maintenance and operating decisions
  • Assess commercial risks related to asset reliability, outages and changes to maintenance program scope
  • Support the development and optimization of maintenance capital programs and multi-year outage plans, including prioritization and sequencing

  • Registered, or eligible for registration, as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with APEGA

  • Demonstrated ability to integrate technical, operational and commercial considerations into clear, cohesive and defensible recommendations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to manage competing priorities while delivering high-quality work with an appropriate level of independence
  • Pipeline hydraulic modelling experience; experience with Synergi Gas is an asset
  • Familiarity with the Mainline and/or TQM systems and pipeline operations
  • Experience with maintenance planning, asset management or risk management concepts
  • Experience with Excel, Power BI, Python, Seeq or other analytical and visualization tools
  • Experience with electricity, fuel or emissions forecasting, electric compression, energy markets or utility rate structures
