*Ministry Partner Development
Being a Youth For Christ ministry worker requires Ministry Partner Development (which in short, means that all our ministry staff fundraises the salary and costs of the programs, and the majority of this is done prior to the applicant’s date of hire). The successful candidate will have the privilege to build a partnership team, which provides financial and prayer support for the ministry. The financial support will cover the costs of the salary and ministry expenses. We believe that Ministry Partner Development is biblical, and God will provide everything necessary to fulfill the calling into ministry: finances, emotional strength, and perseverance. Building a ministry partnership team is an integral part of being in ministry. We are committed to providing training and coaching that assists you in the success of your Ministry Partner Development.
