Cronometer is the most accurate, comprehensive nutrition tracking app on the market. We empower people to make informed decisions about their health and wellness with data they can trust. With over 17 million users and growing fast, we're passionate about building world-class tools that support better health outcomes.

We are looking for a Community & Social Coordinator to help bring the Cronometer brand to life online and build strong relationships with the people who use and talk about our product. This is a full-time, four-month contract position, with the possibility of an extension.

As Cronometer's day-to-day voice online, you will engage with our community across social channels, publish approved content, monitor conversations and feedback, and identify opportunities for Cronometer to contribute. The role spans our social channels, online communities, and app review platforms, with an approach tailored to each audience.

You will help the team understand what our community is discussing, which questions are recurring, how sentiment is changing, and where useful content or engagement opportunities are emerging. This role is a strong fit for someone who understands internet culture, stays organized, and genuinely enjoys interacting with people online.

What You Will Do

Community Engagement
- Manage day-to-day community engagement across Cronometer's social channels, online communities, and review platforms.
- Respond to comments, messages, mentions, questions, and reviews in a timely, thoughtful, and helpful way.
- Build relationships with community members, acknowledge strong user-generated content, and join relevant conversations where Cronometer can add value.
- Use good judgment about when to engage and when to escalate customer support, product, technical, account-specific, or sensitive issues.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice while adapting tone and approach to the context and audience.

Social Publishing and Content Support
- Help schedule and publish approved content accurately and on time.
- Help maintain the social content calendar and coordinate captions, links, tags, collaborators, and other publishing details.
- Identify gaps, timely opportunities, and relevant ideas for planned or reactive content.
- Turn community questions, conversations, and feedback into useful input for content planning and brainstorming.
- Create social media content as needed to provide occasional coverage during team members’ vacations.

Social Listening and Insights
- Monitor conversations and trends across nutrition, health, wellness, technology, and social media culture.
- Identify relevant people, communities, and conversations where Cronometer can participate authentically.
- Track recurring questions, feedback, feature requests, and changes in community sentiment.
- Share useful insights, risks, and opportunities with Marketing, Product, Support, and other internal teams.

What You Will Bring
- Excellent written communication skills and the ability to adapt tone for different audiences and contexts.
- A friendly, clear, and human communication style.
- Strong knowledge of major social platforms, online communities, and internet culture.
- Good judgment about when to respond, engage, or escalate.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple conversations and priorities.
- Curiosity and an ability to recognize emerging trends, useful feedback, and relevant content opportunities.
- An interest in nutrition, health, wellness, and technology, and a willingness to become deeply familiar with the Cronometer app and community.
- Experience in social media, community management, customer engagement, or a related field is an asset.

What Success Looks Like
You know what is happening in the Cronometer community and help the company respond well. Community members receive timely, thoughtful replies; approved content is published accurately and on schedule; relevant opportunities are identified; and issues are routed to the right internal teams.

You also bring the voice of the community back into the company by sharing recurring questions, product feedback, content opportunities, emerging trends, and changes in sentiment. Your work helps Cronometer remain responsive, informed, and meaningfully connected to the people who use our product.
