Job description
Overview

At KPMG in Canada, our people bring their unique perspectives to Canada’s most important challenges. Here, you can build momentum that reaches beyond our business, develop skills for the future, and take ownership of your career with support at every stage. Join a firm where your career can make a difference.

KPMG Canada is redefining how practitioners deliver exceptional client experiences through premium digital products and technology-enabled solutions that transform service delivery and unlock new growth opportunities. Our Go-To-Market (GTM) Client Services team works closely with engagement teams, clients, product teams, and global member firms to design, implement, and support innovative technology solutions that drive measurable value within client environments.

As a Consultant, Technology Implementation & Client Delivery, you will contribute to the successful implementation and delivery of KPMG's digital platforms and technology-enabled solutions. Working closely with clients, internal stakeholders, and experienced delivery professionals, you will help understand business requirements, configure and deploy solutions, support implementation activities, and enable successful client adoption.

This role sits at the intersection of technology implementation, client delivery, business process transformation, and emerging technologies. It offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with enterprise platforms, contribute to meaningful client engagements, and help organizations modernize the way they operate through innovative digital solutions.

We are looking for a client-service-oriented professional who is comfortable working across multiple priorities, enjoys solving problems, and takes ownership of delivering high-quality work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

What you will do

  • Support end-to-end implementation projects for KPMG digital solutions and client-facing technology platforms, contributing to activities from discovery and requirements gathering through deployment, adoption, and ongoing support
  • Participate in client workshops and design sessions to understand business processes, gather and document requirements, and help translate them into practical, scalable technology solutions
  • Configure and implement platform capabilities, including workflows, security, permissions, dashboards, reporting, document management, and other business process automation features
  • Coordinate and execute assigned implementation activities, including workstream deliverables, timelines, testing, deployment readiness, issue tracking, and stakeholder communications
  • Provide hands-on client support by troubleshooting implementation challenges, managing enhancement requests, resolving functional issues, and supporting solution adoption after go-live
  • Support client onboarding, training, change management, and knowledge transfer activities, including preparation of implementation documentation, user guides, and delivery playbooks
  • Develop strong product and platform expertise while collaborating with product, technology, client, and global teams to support successful implementations, identify solution improvements, explore opportunities to leverage AI, and stay current with new features, releases, and platform innovations
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline implementation processes, standardize delivery approaches, improve operational efficiencies, and enhance the overall client delivery experience

What you bring to the role

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience working with enterprise technology, SaaS, workflow, automation, or business application implementations, preferably in a client-facing environment
  • Experience contributing to technology implementation projects within professional services, consulting, or enterprise business environments, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support
  • Strong business analysis and process design skills, with the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical technology solutions
  • Hands-on experience or familiarity with workflow, automation, document management, low-code/no-code, or other enterprise business platforms
  • Good consulting, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with experience participating in client discussions, requirements workshops, solution demonstrations, and cross-functional collaboration
  • A client-focused and proactive approach, with the ability to take ownership of assigned deliverables, manage competing priorities, troubleshoot challenges, and deliver high-quality results in fast-paced environments
  • An interest in improving delivery processes, identifying operational efficiencies, and contributing to the development of repeatable implementation approaches and best practices across teams and client engagements
