Microsoft 365 governance for IT teams who are done managing it manually
Full company description
Orchestry is a Microsoft 365 governance platform built for IT teams and Microsoft Partners. Unmanaged M365 growth produces the same results everywhere: quarterly cleanup scripts, manual guest access reviews, and lifecycle work that never quite catches up. Orchestry replaces all of it with policy-based automation across the full lifecycle, with provisioning that has governance built in, lifecycle management that runs without manual intervention, and tenant-wide visibility across Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. We work with IT teams and Microsoft Partners worldwide who've outgrown ad hoc M365 management and need something that actually scales.

About Orchestry
Orchestry is a pioneering SaaS company in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, helping organizations simplify, govern, and get more value from their collaboration tools. Our platform empowers IT and business users alike through intelligent automation, governance, and user-friendly design.
We are a remote-first team of smart, kind, low-ego people who take ownership of their work and care about building something that matters. There is plenty of flexibility in how you work, but just as much accountability for what you deliver.
We're growing fast and scaling globally, and we're looking for a Content Marketing Lead to own our content strategy, create compelling stories, and build a brand voice that cuts through the noise. You'll bring scalable content programs to life; from strategy to execution, while helping us integrate AI into our workflows in smart, on-brand ways. This is a high-visibility role with real autonomy, working alongside product, sales, customer success, and leadership to drive results.
About the role:
We’re looking for a Content Marketing Lead who can own all things content - from strategy to execution. You’ll be our go-to source for telling compelling stories, launching scalable content programs, and building a brand voice that cuts through the noise. You’ll also be a key player in how we bring AI into our content workflows in smart, on-brand ways. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role with lots of runway and autonomy. You’ll collaborate closely with the rest of the marketing team (demand gen, design, product marketing, etc), product, sales, customer success, partners, and leadership to turn ideas into content that drives results.
What you'll do:
- Own the content strategy. Help define our content priorities across channels and buyer stages, then bring them to life.
- Create high-quality content. Think blogs, guides, checklists, infographics, case studies, press releases, web copy, email and more.
- Work smarter with AI. Use AI tools to scale content creation efficiently without losing the magic of our brand voice.
- Build the Orchestry voice. Be authentic and showcase our expertise. Build trust and provide value. Sound like a real human everywhere we show up.
- Collaborate relentlessly. Work across the business and with SMEs, customers and partners. Learn what we do, how we do it, and why it matters.
- Two steps forward, one step back. Innovate, test, fail, optimize, scale. The world of content is changing every day and we know we’ll mess up a few times in the process.
- Get scrappy. Repurpose, remix, and repackage content to do more with less. Don’t let perfect be the enemy of good.
You'll thrive in this role if you:
- Have 5+ years of B2B SaaS content marketing experience, ideally to IT buyers
- Know your way around the entire content lifecycle - from strategy to writing to distribution
- Have experience using AI tools for content creation (and know when not to use them)
- Understand how content fuels demand gen, SEO, sales, renewals/upsell, and overall brand
- Are a curious, collaborative teammate who likes to move fast and make things happen
- Are just as comfortable brainstorming big-picture strategy as you are drafting headlines or editing a blog
- Can take a conversation with a technical SME and translate it into an engaging top-of-funnel asset
Nice to haves:
- Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, HubSpot platform (MAP, CRM and CMS), Claude, monday.com and Adobe Suite
- Video production/editing skills
- HTML/CSS experience
- A strong portfolio of content work
Why Orchestry?
- Work that matters: Join a growing, remote-first SaaS company solving real problems for organizations navigating the complexity of Microsoft 365.
- Real ownership: Scale the content marketing discipline to drive real growth.
- Flexibility with accountability: We trust people to work in the way that works best for them while staying accountable for meaningful outcomes.
- A smart, kind, no-ego team: People show up, work across departments, and care more about getting to the right answer than being the person who had it first.
- Competitive compensation, equity, and benefits.
