With more than 500 employees and a national network of 26 terminals, we bring together technical expertise, innovative products, specialized transportation and decades of industry experience.

As part of the global Colas Group, we combine the strength of an international organization with the expertise and relationships of a proudly Canadian business.

Our work is technical. Our impact is everywhere. And behind it all are the people, ideas and innovations that make McAsphalt a leader in our industry.

We're looking for a creative storyteller who can help bring that story to life.

The Opportunity

McAsphalt is seeking a talented and creative Content Marketing Specialist to join our national Marketing & Communications team.

This is an opportunity for a skilled content creator who loves great writing, thoughtful design and bringing ideas to life across digital and traditional channels.

  • Prepare platform-appropriate copy, creative assets and supporting materials for scheduled digital campaigns.

  • Contribute fresh ideas for content themes, storytelling formats and opportunities to strengthen McAsphalt's digital presence.

  • Repurpose and adapt existing content into new formats to extend its reach and value.

  • Adapt approved content into formats appropriate for different audiences, communication channels and business requirements.

  • Ensure materials are accurate, professionally presented and consistent with McAsphalt's brand identity.

  • Contribute to the creative development of major corporate initiatives, campaigns and national events through content and design deliverables.

6. Content Performance & Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor the performance of published content using available website, email and digital platform analytics.

  • Review engagement, reach and other relevant content metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
