  • Evaluate contracts from a technology perspective, identifying risks, gaps, ambiguities, and dependencies
  • Support negotiation activities by consolidating feedback and tracking outstanding issues through resolution
  • Work with Procurement teams to manage contracting timelines, approvals, documentation, and required inputs
  • Engage in vendor-related discussions and maintain awareness of existing vendor relationships and obligations
  • Understand high-level technology concepts (e.g., infrastructure, hosting, vendor support) to assess contractual implications
  • Prepare status summaries, issue trackers, recommendations, and briefing materials for senior stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate contract and governance documentation, ensuring action items, approvals, and timelines are tracked
  • Support policy, procedure, and governance adherence related to technology contracts and third-party/vendor management
  • Escalate risks or issues with supporting information and recommendations when necessary

  • Approximately 5 years of hands-on experience reviewing technology contracts, such as SOWs, SaaS, MSAs, licensing agreements, or amendments
  • Practical contract management or paralegal support experience in a technology context
  • Experience within Capital Markets, FICC, or broader Financial Services preferred
  • Proven track record working closely with Procurement teams on contract workflows and timelines
  • Comfortable working with technology teams and understanding technical concepts such as hosting, infrastructure, and data security
  • Ability to identify contractual and operational risks from a technology perspective
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with legal, procurement, technology teams, and vendors
  • Excellent written communication skills with ability to produce clear summaries, status updates, and recommendations
  • Attention to detail in managing contract timelines, approvals, and documentation
  • Familiarity with vendor relationships and obligations

Nice to Have
