• Lead workforce planning meetings to identify, prioritize, and confirm upcoming work expected over the next 0-6 weeks.
• Understand workload volumes, backlog of files, and develop a general understanding of how each region/Business Unit and office runs.
• Ensure files are scheduled accurately by understanding client budgets, timelines, and filing deadlines.
• Understand the firm's work cycles and changing business demands to effectively plan resources, balance workloads, and anticipate peak periods.
• Collaborate with business leaders, resource planning colleagues, and support teams to coordinate workloads, prioritize work, and ensure client deadlines are met.
• Proactively identify and escalate scheduling conflicts, skill set gaps, backlog/capacity workload challenges as well as turnaround time to Resource Management leadership.
• Support the onboarding and integration of new team members and acquired or merged practices into workforce planning and scheduling processes.
• Provide support across multiple service lines and business units.
