About Our Client
Our client is a highly regarded business law firm in the Greater Toronto Area with a strong reputation for advising privately held businesses, entrepreneurs, families, and business owners on complex corporate, tax, and succession planning matters. The firm serves a diverse client base ranging from startups and growing companies to established businesses with significant enterprise value.

Known for its practical, business-focused approach, the firm provides sophisticated legal solutions that integrate corporate strategy, tax planning, and long-term business objectives. Lawyers are entrusted with meaningful client relationships and are given exposure to a broad range of challenging and intellectually stimulating matters, including business acquisitions and sales, corporate reorganizations, estate freezes, succession planning, and tax-efficient structuring.

The firm offers a genuine pathway to partnership and future leadership opportunities for lawyers who demonstrate strong technical skills, client relationship management abilities, and a commitment to long-term growth.

  • Collaborating with accountants and other professional advisors to implement planning strategies.
  • Assisting with estate freezes, family trusts, management buyouts, and ownership transition planning.
  • Independently managing files and successfully closing transactions.

The practice focuses exclusively on private company work and offers exposure to a wide variety of clients, from startups and owner-operated businesses to mature companies with significant enterprise value. Matters frequently involve business acquisitions and sales, corporate reorganizations, succession planning initiatives, and tax-efficient structuring strategies.

The Requirements
