Technical Oversight & Governance: Provide functional leadership and oversight to technical consultants and developers. Review configurations, customizations, and proposed rework to ensure quality, performance, and alignment with business objectives.
Hands-on Configuration: Lead and execute core Dynamics 365 system configuration, including entities, fields, business rules, workflows, Power Automate cloud flows, model-driven apps, forms, views, and security role modeling.
Rework & Solution Remediation: Audit the recent go-live deployment, identify functional discrepancies or performance issues, and coordinate structured rework and optimization sprints.
Requirements & Solution Design: Translate ambiguous business requirements into robust functional designs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and clear technical specifications for the build team.
Testing & Release Support: Define functional test cases, oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validate changes prior to production release.
Qualifications:
Platform Expertise: 5+ years of practical experience implementing, configuring, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, or Custom Model-Driven Apps).
Technical & Functional Balance: Demonstrated ability to understand the underlying data model, SDK extensions, and integration points while maintaining deep domain knowledge of core CRM processes (lead-to-opportunity, customer service/case management, lifecycle management).
Power Platform Proficiency: Solid hands-on experience using Power Apps (Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse environment administration.
Consulting & Leadership Skills: Proven track record in a lead or advisory capacityguiding business stakeholders through change while steering technical teams on architecture and design standards.
Remediation Experience: Prior experience stepping into mid-flight projects, post-go-live stabilization phases, or system recovery/rework environments is highly preferred.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical business leaders and vice versa.
