  • Troubleshoot data integration issues, optimize pipeline performance and implement testing, monitoring and data validation processes to support reliable delivery.

What We’re Looking For

  • Hands-on expertise with Informatica IDMC, including developing, configuring and maintaining data integration workflows and pipelines.
  • Comprehensive understanding of ETL/ELT concepts, data transformation techniques, data mapping and end-to-end data pipeline development.
  • Proficiency in SQL, relational databases and data processing techniques, with experience optimizing queries and managing complex data transformations.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to design, implement, test and support reliable, scalable data engineering solutions.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, version control, automated testing and deployment processes.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud and their associated data services.
  • Experience with Python, scripting or automation to support data engineering and pipeline orchestration.
  • Understanding of Data Governance, Data Quality and Data Lineage principles within enterprise data environments.
  • Experience delivering data integration solutions within banking, capital markets or other financial services environments.

Why Join Capco

  • Deliver high-impact technology solutions for Tier 1 financial institutions.
  • Work in a collaborative, flat, and entrepreneurial consulting culture.
  • Access continuous learning, training, and industry certifications.
