  • You’re an innovative Architect at heart, developing innovative designs for each project that blends elegance with efficiency.
  • Proposal support? No problem! Act as a key member of the proposals team and collaborating with stakeholders to create customized and creative proposals to each specific job requirement.
  • Keep a keen eye on professional firms involved on each project. Are they living up to Pomerleau’s expectation of excellence as it relates to quality, schedule and costs?
  • Navigate the full project lifecycle. From planning to execution, you’ll be our guide in all stages of design management.

What YOU Will Bring

  • An educational background in Architecture, Engineering or other related field.
  • Previous experience when it comes to government projects and DND building designs projects.
  • An expertise when it comes to designing Public- Private Partnership (PPP) projects and Design Build.
  • A knack for working with Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Virtual Design Construction (VDC) modelling.
  • 7+ years of experience managing workflows and processes specific to government and DND architectural/engineering projects.
  • In ensuring compliance with the project requirements and regulations, the successful candidate must be eligible for a Government of Canada Secret Level Security clearance.

Additional Assets Include:

  • Fluent in both official languages written and oral (English and French).
  • Master's degree or architectural licensure is strongly preferred.
The expected salary range for this opportunity is $105,000 - $146,000. Please note that salaries may vary depending on the candidate’s experience and geographical location.
