  • Develop and execute digital merchandising strategies across mobile, desktop, and app that connect navigation, Search, and PLPs to create a more intuitive product discovery journey
  • Manage in-season product merchandising and optimization, responding to product launches, inventory shifts, regional assortment differences, and emerging business opportunities
  • Analyze Search and PLP performance to identify opportunities across search engagement, zero-result searches, product visibility, click-through, conversion, and overall guest behavior
  • Translate performance insights into actionable optimizations, continuously testing and refining product ranking, merchandising rules, filters, sorting, and discovery experiences
  • Partner with Digital Merchandising, eCommerce, Product, UX, Analytics, and Technology teams to identify and prioritize enhancements to Search, and PLPs
  • Support regional merchandising strategies across multiple markets, languages, and sites, ensuring Search and PLP experiences reflect regional assortment, inventory, and commercial priorities
  • Support personalization, segmentation, and testing strategies across Search and PLPs to deliver more relevant product experiences and improve conversion
  • Establish and share Search and merchandising insights and best practices across the Digital Merchandising team, helping inform broader optimization opportunities and seasonal strategies

Here are some of the things you could be working on in the future:

  • Looking for opportunities to enhance guest engagement and conversion through product discovery and online experience
  • Developing a strong understanding of data structures and interconnectedness of digital platforms used by Arc’teryx
  • Proactively seeking ways to streamline and improve processes and tasks

Are you our next Digital Merchandising Specialist?

  • You inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement
  • You seek the best (sometimes not the easiest) solutions, with an unwavering commitment to do what is right
  • Your passion for your work is paralleled by your passion for getting outside and living it

Compensation:

The salary range for this role is: CAD$70,000 - CAD$92,000
