- Coordinate execution: Work with Marketing, IT, developers, and external partners to deliver digital projects, implement improvements, and resolve platform-related challenges.
- Explore new opportunities: Monitor competitors, evaluate emerging technologies, and recommend practical ways to improve the digital experience and commercial performance.

Who you are:

- 5+ years of relevant experience in e-commerce, digital product management, conversion rate optimization, digital growth, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated success improving online conversion, customer experience, digital sales, or revenue performance, supported by measurable results.
- Hands-on experience managing or optimizing e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or comparable solutions.

- Strong understanding of web analytics, customer journey analysis, and digital performance measurement. Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), or similar tools is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate performance data into actionable business recommendations.
- Effective project coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and collaborate across technical and commercial teams.
- A proactive, commercially minded approach, with the confidence to challenge assumptions, take ownership, and move ideas from concept to execution.
