Are you ready to take on the challenge of creating solutions that make a real difference? Do you have the attention to detail and creativity to turn a concept into reality?

Your projects will lead you to:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their technical needs, provide regular follow-ups, and present proposed solutions.
  • Maintain relationships with electrical technology suppliers to ensure successful product development.
  • Validate prototypes, perform functional tests, and ensure compliance with applicable standards (CSA, UL, CE, etc.).
  • Write and keep design documentation up to date: calculations, tests, validations, budgets, and continuous improvement processes.
  • Provide technical support during after-sales service to efficiently resolve electrical issues.
  • Draft technical documentation: user guides, assembly procedures, operating manuals.
  • Stay up to date on technological advancements in the field.

You’re the right fit if you:

  • Have experience in electrical panel design.
  • Are proficient with electrical design software (AutoCAD Electrical, SEE Electrical, or equivalent).
  • Hold a college diploma in electrical engineering or a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
  • Have at least two years of relevant experience in product development or system integration in a manufacturing environment.
  • Are detail-oriented and meticulous.
  • Are creative and resourceful.
  • Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills and adapt easily to client needs.
  • Are versatile and able to adapt to different situations.
  • Can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Provide outstanding customer service.
  • Are willing to travel to client sites.
  • Are comfortable communicating in English, both spoken and written (an asset).

In return, we offer:

  • The chance to work in a stimulating environment within a passionate and supportive team.
  • A safe, quiet, modern, and clean workplace.
  • Opportunities to develop your skills and expertise.
  • Flexible daytime schedules.
