  • Monitor key project performance indicators including schedule adherence, productivity rates, material yields, safety metrics, and financial outcomes.
  • Lead project forecasting, reporting, and communications with internal stakeholders, providing accurate updates on progress, risks, opportunities, and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate procurement activities and material logistics to support efficient project execution and minimize delays.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing responsive communication, proactive problem-solving, and exceptional service throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, productivity enhancements, and cost savings while maintaining quality and safety standards.
  • Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act, company policies, and industry regulations.
  • Support business growth by assisting with project planning, estimating reviews, customer meetings, and operational initiatives as required.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Traffic Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing construction projects within the Ontario MTO, roadbuilding, transportation infrastructure, traffic safety, heavy civil, or sewer and watermain sectors.
  • Experience leading construction crews and coordinating subcontractors in a field-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated success managing project budgets, schedules, productivity, and customer expectations.
