  • Support the preparation of HR reports, spreadsheets, tracking documents, and other administrative materials.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems while ensuring sensitive employee information is handled appropriately.
  • Assist with general HR projects and special assignments as required.

What You Bring
  • Previous experience in an administrative assistant, office coordination, HR administration, or similar support role.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Experience maintaining databases, electronic records, spreadsheets, or HRIS systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees, managers, and external contacts.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and follow established processes.
  • A high level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • An asset: experience supporting Human Resources or Health & Safety functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, or employee records management.
  • An asset: familiarity with employment legislation, workplace Health & Safety requirements, WSIB processes, and unionized environments.
  • A collaborative, service-oriented approach and a genuine commitment to inclusion, diversity, equity, and belonging (DEIB).
