Known for its technical expertise, broad product offering and collaborative culture, the business is continuing to invest in its applied and industrial HVAC division and is seeking an experienced sales leader to support its next stage of growth.

Your new role

As Sales Manager, you will lead the growth of the applied and industrial HVAC business across British Columbia. You will manage and develop the outside sales team, build relationships with consulting engineers and mechanical contractors, and drive opportunities from specification through award. This hands-on role will see you execute the provincial sales strategy, lead major project pursuits, support pricing and margin decisions, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver complex HVAC solutions. You will also monitor market activity, maintain an accurate pipeline and ensure strong forecasting and CRM practices.

What you'll need to succeed

You will bring 8–10 years of applied or industrial HVAC sales, application engineering or specification experience, along with proven leadership and success influencing consultants and closing projects with mechanical contractors. A relevant engineering degree, technical diploma or equivalent experience is required; P.Eng. or ASHRAE certification is an asset. A valid driver’s licence and travel throughout British Columbia are required.

What you'll get in return

In return, you will receive a salary of $145K-$170K + bonus, medical and dental coverage, short- and long-term disability protection, and an employer contribution to a group RRSP from the start of employment. The package also includes a wellness spending account, an employee assistance program offering psychological, financial and legal support, access to telemedicine, reimbursement of professional association membership fees, an early vacation program and a hybrid work policy supporting work–life balance.
