  • Data Storytelling and Strategic Recommendations: Translate technical findings into clear, compelling narratives that connect analytical results to client objectives, business priorities, and measurable outcomes. Provide practical recommendations that stakeholders can understand and implement.
  • Testing and Optimization Strategies: Develop test-and-learn plans based on analytical findings to help clients continuously improve their website experiences, content performance, customer engagement, and marketing strategies.
  • Client and Account Team Collaboration: Work closely with account teams and cross-functional stakeholders to tailor reports, insights, and recommendations to individual client needs, business contexts, and strategic objectives.
  • Technical Client Support: Support client-facing teams by explaining analytical findings, answering technical questions, and helping communicate performance insights and recommendations effectively.
  • Data Quality and Statistical Accuracy: Maintain high standards of data integrity, cleanliness, accuracy, and statistical validity. Investigate anomalies, challenge assumptions, validate conclusions, and identify the underlying factors influencing performance.
  • Reporting and Data Visualization: Design and develop compelling dashboards, analytical reports, and presentations using data visualization tools to make complex information accessible and meaningful to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Business Impact and Performance Measurement: Connect content and marketing analytics to commercial objectives, helping clients understand the effectiveness of their investments and identify opportunities to improve business performance and return on investment.
  • Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Stay informed about emerging analytics technologies, AI developments, digital marketing trends, and evolving content discovery behaviors. Proactively share ideas to improve analytical methodologies, product capabilities, and client strategies.
  • Project and Priority Management: Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, analytical rigor, and consistent quality while collaborating effectively within a dedicated client team.
  • Requirements:

  • Between 3 and 10 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, digital analytics, or a related analytical role, preferably within marketing, digital media, or SaaS environments.
  • Previous experience working in a startup or growth-stage organization, with the ability to adapt to fast-paced, agile, and evolving business environments.
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms, subscription-based business models, and recurring customer relationships.

  • Excellent data storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to turn fragmented qualitative and quantitative findings into cohesive narratives that drive business decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly when explaining technical concepts and analytical results to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple client engagements and competing deadlines without compromising accuracy.
  • A proactive, collaborative, and self-motivated mindset, with the confidence to challenge assumptions, share recommendations, and take ownership of analytical outcomes.
  • Strong curiosity and problem-solving abilities, with a natural interest in understanding the reasons behind data trends and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Commercial awareness and strategic thinking, with the ability to connect analytical insights to client objectives, revenue opportunities, and measurable business impact.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
