A Strategic Role at the Heart of Logistic

What you'll do

Understand the business

  • Work with Finance, Operations, HR and other teams to understand their needs, get to the root of the problem and define what success looks like.
  • Map current processes and spot opportunities to simplify, automate or improve them.
  • Turn needs into clear requirements, process flows, user stories and acceptance criteria.

Explore and build

  • Explore new tools and features, test them against real use cases and recommend what's worth pursuing.
  • Build prototypes and proofs of concept quickly to show value and gather feedback before scaling.
  • Build, configure and deliver solutions hands-on, from low-code apps and automated workflows to Copilot agents and data queries.
  • Query and analyze data with SQL or notebooks to understand issues, validate solutions and support decisions.

Connect the dots

  • Understand how systems, integrations and data flows fit together across the organization, including ERP, HRIS, data platforms and partner integrations.
  • Work with development, data, security, architecture and AI & Data teams when a need goes beyond the role's scope.
  • Apply sound practices around data confidentiality, access and security in everything you build.

Deliver and drive adoption

  • Plan and run functional testing, support integration and user acceptance testing, and follow issues through to resolution.
  • Help users adopt new solutions through demos, training, documentation and hands-on support.
  • Monitor solutions after go-live, collect feedback and keep improving them.
  • Share what you learn and bring new ideas and recommendations to the team.

What you bring

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience.
  • Experience in functional analysis, business analysis, system implementation or process improvement.
  • Curiosity and initiative, with concrete examples of learning a new technology, building something to solve a problem, or proposing and delivering an improvement.
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly and move comfortably between business processes, data and technology.
  • A structured, analytical mindset. You ask the right questions, troubleshoot unfamiliar issues and know when to bring in others.
  • Ownership. You manage your priorities and follow through from idea to adoption.
  • Clear communication. You can explain technical solutions simply and support users through change.
  • Sound judgment when handling sensitive data and system access.
  • Fluency in French and English.
