  • CFAA certification required, or close to completion, with ASTTBC/RFPT certifications or endorsements in Fire Alarm and other fire and life safety systems.
  • Basic knowledge of fire alarm systems and an interest in learning applicable NFPA and CAN/ULC Standards and Codes.
  • A valid driver's licence and a satisfactory driver's abstract.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Comfort using technology to complete service reports and documentation.
  • A willingness to learn, take direction, and work collaboratively with experienced technicians.
  • The ability to meet customer site-access requirements, including security clearances and pre-access drug and alcohol testing where required.
