Job description

At T&T, change is practical, people-centred and delivered through strong partnerships. The Manager, Organizational Change Management (OCM) helps the organization adopt and sustain new ways of working across business, people, process and technology initiatives.

Reporting to the HR Lead, this is a hands-on, highly collaborative role within Human Resources. Working with business leaders, HR partners, project teams, Learning & Development and Communications, the Manager applies established OCM approaches in a pragmatic way that reflects T&T’s culture, operating environment and the needs of each initiative.

Success requires the ability to influence without formal authority, equip leaders to lead change, and translate complex initiatives into clear, practical experiences for employees and managers. This is an execution-focused role, not a strategy-only or communications-only position.

You Will:

  • Partner to deliver change: Work with accountable business and functional leaders, project teams and enabling partners to plan and execute integrated change activities aligned to initiative outcomes.
  • Apply established organizational change management frameworks, tools and best practices, tailoring their application to the scale, complexity, culture and readiness of the organization.
  • Assess impacts and readiness: Identify affected stakeholder groups, changes to roles and ways of working, adoption barriers, cumulative change impacts and practical readiness actions.
  • Enable leaders and managers: Coach sponsors and people leaders to communicate, model, reinforce and sustain change within their own teams; clarify their accountability for adoption.
  • Design the change experience: Define what employees and managers need to understand, feel and be able to do through change; design communications, engagement, learning and support to create that experience.
  • Execute hands-on: Develop and deliver change plans, stakeholder materials, engagement sessions, leader toolkits, communications and readiness activities in partnership with appropriate owners.
  • Measure adoption and adapt: Establish practical readiness, adoption and sustainability measures; gather feedback, identify barriers and recommend adjustments based on evidence.
  • Coordinate across initiatives: Surface dependencies and change-capacity concerns when multiple initiatives affect the same teams, and support sensible sequencing and reinforcement.
  • Strengthen organizational change capability: Coach leaders and project teams, share change management best practices, and build the organization's capability to lead, adopt and sustain change effectively.

You Should Have / Be:

  • 5+ years of relevant change-management experience, including direct responsibility for planning and delivering change activities on meaningful business, process, people or technology initiatives; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Practical experience applying structured OCM frameworks and tools.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize competing initiatives and move comfortably between enterprise context and detailed execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and influence leaders, managers and cross-functional stakeholders without formal authority.
  • Experience with stakeholder and change-impact assessments, communications, readiness, leader enablement, training coordination and adoption measurement.
  • Strong written communication, facilitation, analytical and presentation skills; comfortable producing materials and facilitating working sessions directly.
  • Adaptability and cultural awareness in a fast-paced, multi-site environment, with sound judgment and a collaborative, curious approach.
  • Experience in retail, grocery, CPG, or a similarly operational and geographically distributed business is an asset.
  • Change-management certification and experience using digital or AI-enabled tools to improve delivery are assets.
