  • Manage relationships with Real Estate, building operators, property managers, external vendors, partners, and leaders to support premises improvements and operational needs.
  • Ensure business partner requests, concerns, issues, and complaints related to buildings, premises, and workplace services are addressed promptly and proactively.
  • Support employee engagement events and activities for the team and employees working within the Bank’s spaces.
  • Support all aspects of the workplace environment, both in person and virtually, through platforms such as MS Teams, Viva Engage, SharePoint, and other workplace tools.
  • Apply sound judgment to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex functional and operational issues.
  • Lead Workplace Leadership Committees with stakeholders to review the current state of the space and align on employee experience and operational objectives.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for escalations related to facilities, technology, amenities, behaviours, security access, keys, storage, and other workplace requests.
  • Manage administrative and financial activities, including invoice approvals, expense processing, budget control, cost savings, expense tracking, KPI reporting, and HR-related accountabilities.
  • Support Business Continuity, Occupational Health and Safety, Fire and Safety requirements, incident management, and compliance with Bank standards.
  • Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We’d love to work with you if you have:

  • University Degree in Business Administration or 5+ years of related experience, including experience leading a team.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of workplace operations, departmental policies, procedures, service standards, and controls.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to set priorities, manage time effectively, and work within tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners.
  • Experience coaching, developing, and motivating teams in a service-oriented environment.
  • Good knowledge of Bank HR policies, practices, legal requirements, supervisory techniques, and conflict resolution approaches.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, recommend improvements, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage escalations, identify root causes, and implement practical solutions.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, with strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, data management, MS Teams, SharePoint, Viva Engage, and Power BI.

What’s in it for you?

  • An inclusive and collaborative working environment that encourages creativity, curiosity, and celebrates success.
  • The opportunity to lead a team that directly supports the employee experience across modern workplace spaces.
  • A role where you can make a meaningful impact on workplace operations, service delivery, employee engagement, and operational effectiveness.
  • Exposure to cross-functional partners across Real Estate, building operations, security, HR, technology, finance, procurement, and business lines.
