  • Develop secure reporting and integration solutions while ensuring appropriate handling of sensitive employee and payroll data.

  • Configure and support Oracle Fusion HCM technical components including value sets, lookups, User Defined Tables (UDT), descriptive/extensible flexfields, security roles and privileges, approval rules, and scheduled processes.

  • Collaborate with HR teams across Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, Compensation, Learning, Recruiting, and Talent Management initiatives.

  • Prepare technical specifications, mapping documents, test plans, deployment documentation, and operational support procedures.

  • Support quarterly Oracle Fusion Cloud releases by assessing business impacts, validating integrations and reports, coordinating regression testing, and implementing required remediation activities.

  • Partner with Oracle Support through Service Requests (SRs) to resolve product-related issues.

  • Participate in application support rotations and provide timely resolution of production incidents.

About You

You must have:

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) working experience creating OIC integrations and technical solutions for Oracle Fusion HCM, including Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Learning, Talent and Recruiting business processes.
