Working at the intersection of Business Development, Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, and our partner ecosystem, this role translates Entrust capabilities and partner strengths into compelling value propositions for partners and customers.

This role supports Global System Integrators (GSIs), cloud service providers and hyperscalers, and strategic alliance partners. It is ideal for a hands-on marketer with a strong technical foundation in enterprise security.

Responsibilities:

Joint Positioning and Partner Narratives

• Develop joint value propositions and “better together” narratives that connect Entrust capabilities with partner offerings, routes to market, and customer priorities.

• Adapt product and solution messaging for specific partners, industries, accounts, and stages of the buyer journey by collaborating with product marketing, business development and external partner marketing and technical teams

• Create industry-specific partner narratives and use cases for priority markets and buying audiences.

• Coordinate reviews across Brand, Product, Sales, and partner stakeholders while maintaining project momentum and quality.

Partner Sales Enablement

• Create joint pitch decks, solution brochures, executive messaging frameworks, and customer-facing presentations.

• Develop content for partner and Entrust seller enablement, including talk tracks, FAQs, objection handling, solution overviews, and training materials.

• Build reference architecture narratives in close collaboration with product, solutions, technical, and partner subject-matter experts.

• Develop joint customer success stories and proof points that demonstrate the business value of partner-enabled solutions.

• Maintain partner-facing assets aligned with Entrust messaging and brand standards.

Content Development

• Support the content creation and copy for partner-specific solution pages, integration pages, content hubs, marketplace-aligned resources, and sales resource centers by partnering with web, creative, content, and digital teams

• Collaborate closely with integrated marketing and field marketing teams on campaign briefs, messaging, content requirements, and asset reuse.

• Develop partner-specific content for account-based marketing programs, field marketing campaigns, partner campaigns, and opportunity acceleration.

Responsible AI Use

· This role requires responsible use of AI to accelerate research, synthesis, ideation, and content development. Final work must be accurate, specific, differentiated, and distinctly human in voice.

Basic Qualifications

· 5+ years of experience in product marketing, technical marketing, partner marketing, solutions engineering, or a related B2B technology role.

· Experience creating messaging, positioning, sales enablement, and customer-facing content for cybersecurity, cloud solutions, identity and access management or enterprise software solutions

· Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts such as APIs, integrations, authentication flows, cloud architectures, or security frameworks.

· Experience collaborating with product management, solutions engineering, sales, and external technology partners.

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Marketing or a related field.

· Equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience will also be considered.

· Must be able to lawfully work within the US or Canada and have unrestricted work authorization for US or Canada.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with one or more of the following domains: Identity & Access Management (IAM), Identity Verification (IDV), authentication, data security, cybersecurity, or cloud security.

• Experience supporting strategic partnerships involving hyperscalers, GSIs, technology alliances, ISVs, and/or technology alliance partners.
