About the role
Community Sports Partners is looking for an organized, resourceful person who can keep the founder’s day running smoothly and help turn ideas into consistent, professional social-media content. This combines practical personal-assistant support with hands-on social-media coordination. You should be comfortable taking ownership of details, following through reliably and handling confidential information with discretion.
Personal-assistant responsibilities
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel, appointments and day-to-day logistics.
- Triage messages, prepare clear replies, maintain follow-up lists and flag decisions that need the founder’s attention.
- Help organize personal and business priorities, documents and practical arrangements.
- Research people, companies and prospective partners; prepare concise briefs and coordinate approved follow-ups.
- Keep commitments moving and communicate early when priorities conflict.
Social-media responsibilities
- Help manage the founder’s and selected businesses’ Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn presence.
- Plan a workable content calendar and turn voice notes, ideas, events and existing material into posts.
- Draft captions, prepare simple graphics, edit short-form video and coordinate photo/video capture when needed.
- Schedule approved content, monitor relevant comments and direct messages, and route enquiries appropriately.
- Maintain brand consistency and report useful results such as enquiries, engagement, audience growth and content performance.
- Coordinate with existing marketing staff and the email/SMS specialist so responsibilities and approvals stay clear.
Working arrangements
This local hybrid role combines in-office support in Toronto/GTA with remote work. Weekly hours and the in-office/remote schedule will be agreed during hiring. Occasional content capture, events or schedule changes will be arranged in advance.
