Pharmacist - Assistant Pharmacy Manager - Specialty Setting - Oakville, ON - Full-Time, Permanent - Healthcare

Are you an experienced, operationally minded pharmacist looking to step into a true leadership role where your strategic problem-solving matters as much as your clinical expertise? We are recruiting a permanent, full-time Assistant Pharmacy Manager to partner with the Pharmacy Manager and help drive daily operations across a dynamic specialty pharmacy team of approximately 25 professionals in Oakville, Ontario. In this high-visibility position, you are not just another pharmacist on the bench. You are a trusted operational co-pilot with the autonomy to evaluate workflows, make real-time decisions, and guide daily excellence in a collaborative, office-style setting.

Have questions or hesitations? Contact Jennifer Andrew at 905-302-6450 or [email protected] for more details prior to applying.
