· Support projects throughout the full project lifecycle, from feasibility and concept development through detailed design, procurement, construction and commissioning support.

· Coordinate with clients, utilities, developers, contractors and multidisciplinary design teams.

· Provide technical leadership and interdisciplinary coordination between civil, structural, geotechnical, electrical, transmission, environmental and other disciplines.

· Perform and lead technical assurance and QA/QC reviews for project deliverables.

· Support bid and execution-phase engineering and consulting services.

· Prepare and support proposal development, scopes of work, project plans and cost estimates.

· Support business development and the growth of civil, structural and geotechnical services in the Canadian power and infrastructure markets.

· Build trusted relationships with utility, developer, contractor and infrastructure clients.

· Mentor and develop engineers and designers.

· Help grow, lead and develop a multidisciplinary structural, geotechnical and civil team in Canada.

· Collaborate with Arup specialists across the Americas and globally to bring the best available expertise to our clients.
