About the role

Our growing team is looking for a Product Manager!

The Product Manager owns the vision, strategy, roadmap, governance, and value realization for the IT Services Portfolio. The portfolio encompasses service management, employee technology experience, automation, enterprise platforms, and AI-enabled capabilities, enabling transformation from project-based delivery to a sustainable product and platform operating model.

This role translates business priorities and transformation objectives into executable portfolio strategies, target outcomes, and investment decisions. It directs high-impact initiatives and ensures solutions deliver measurable customer value, operational efficiency, adoption, resilience, and sustainable business outcomes.

The Product Manager chairs the ITS Product Council and directs portfolio-wide prioritization, governance, roadmap alignment, dependency management, and investment recommendations. Product Owners remain accountable for product-level backlogs and delivery, while Scrum Masters enable team delivery practices.

What you'll do here:

Product Strategy & Roadmap:

  • Define and maintain the IT Services Portfolio vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap aligned with enterprise priorities and transformation outcomes.

  • Translate current-state challenges and future-state operating model objectives into sequenced product, platform, process, and adoption initiatives.

  • Partner with architecture, engineering, experience design, and operations leaders to shape scalable solution options and balance customer value, feasibility, risk, cost, and time to value.

  • Drive transformation from discovery through adoption and optimization, ensuring changes are embedded and measurable benefits are realized.

Product Governance & Leadership:

  • Establish the IT Services Portfolio strategy and provide strategic direction to Product Owners.

  • Chair the ITS Product Council to drive portfolio prioritization, roadmap alignment, dependency resolution, and investment recommendations.

  • Own and continuously improve portfolio governance, decision rights, standards, and performance reviews.

  • Align business priorities, funding decisions, capacity, and delivery roadmaps across the portfolio.

  • Promote product management best practices and foster a product-centric culture.

Value Realization:

  • Define portfolio KPIs, adoption measures, and value realization targets.

  • Track portfolio performance against targets for adoption, customer experience, operational efficiency, realized value, and roadmap delivery.

  • Develop business cases and executive-level recommendations supporting investment decisions.

  • Continuously identify opportunities to optimize value, efficiency, and customer experience.

Stakeholder Leadership:

  • Collaborate with business leaders, technology teams, architects, UX designers, and delivery teams.

  • Facilitate prioritization and strategic planning discussions across multiple stakeholders.

  • Communicate product vision, roadmap progress, and value realization to executive leadership.

People Leadership:

  • Coach Product Owners on product strategy, outcome-based roadmaps, prioritization, and value realization.

  • Partner with Scrum Masters to strengthen delivery practices, cross-team coordination, and continuous improvement.

  • Foster collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement practices.

What you bring to the table:

  • Minimum of 7 years of product management experience, including enterprise transformation or portfolio-level accountability.

  • Proven experience managing enterprise platforms, digital products, or IT service portfolios from strategy through adoption and value realization.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and solution design concepts, including applications, integrations, APIs, data, cloud, security, resiliency, and technical debt.

  • Ability to collaborate with architects and engineering leaders, evaluate solution options, and make informed build-versus-buy, scalability, risk, cost, and lifecycle trade-offs.

  • Strong understanding of Agile, lean product management, value-based delivery, product operating models, and organizational change and adoption practices.

  • Experience developing business cases and applying financial concepts such as total cost of ownership, investment prioritization, benefits realization, and ROI.

  • Experience with automation, AI, ServiceNow, ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, or enterprise workflow platforms is preferred.

  • Strong data literacy and experience defining KPIs, using customer and operational insights, and communicating evidence-based recommendations.

  • Excellent executive communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills across business and technology audiences.
