Employment Type:

Permanent

Job Description:

Own the product strategy that helps loyalty program partners reach the right members through the right channels. This role is based in Toronto, with Montreal as a secondary location, and you’ll shape an emerging AI-powered product area where better customer signals, experimentation, and channel choices can drive stronger engagement and incremental revenue.

What You'll Be Doing

You’ll own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery for Plusgrade’s AI Traffic Controller (AiTC) reach and marketing products, helping loyalty program partners connect with members through email, WhatsApp, SMS, website placements, and other partner channels. You’ll turn behavioural, transactional, and preference signals into audience segments, triggered programs, and experiments that improve reach, engagement, conversion, and incremental revenue. Working across engineering, design, data, marketing, commercial, partner success, legal, and privacy, you’ll define requirements, consent and preference needs, KPIs, and tradeoffs, then guide products from discovery through launch and iteration. You’ll work in an AI-forward product environment where intelligent signals and experimentation help shape targeting, timing, and channel decisions, with thoughtful judgment about quality, privacy, and limitations.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of product management experience, including ownership of customer engagement, CRM, lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, or messaging products, with a track record of shipping capabilities across at least two channels.
  • Experience turning behavioural, transactional, and preference data into useful audience segments, triggered or lifecycle campaigns, and clear product decisions. Experience in loyalty, travel, airlines, hospitality, payments, or partner marketing is a plus.
  • A hands-on approach to data and experimentation, including defining KPIs, working with dashboards or analytics tools, designing A/B or holdout tests, and measuring incremental impact rather than relying only on opens or clicks.
  • Clear, accessible communication and strong stakeholder leadership. You can write requirements and decision documents, explain complex tradeoffs, align technical and commercial teams, and navigate consent, opt-in, privacy, and messaging requirements across regions and partners.
  • Demonstrated AI fluency in product work, such as evaluating an AI-powered feature or workflow, improving a data-driven decisioning process, or using AI tools thoughtfully for analysis, prototyping, or recurring work while understanding their limitations.

Why Plusgrade

Travel is about the moments that make a journey feel personal. At Plusgrade, we build the technology that makes those moments possible, from upgrade offers and loyalty experiences to revenue tools used by 575+ airline, hospitality, cruise, rail, and financial services partners worldwide.

The work is global, complex, and rewarding. You will solve meaningful problems, take ownership from idea to outcome, and work alongside people who are smart, curious, and committed to doing great work.

We also give our teams access to AI tools and the encouragement to use them thoughtfully, to move faster, explore ideas, and build better ways of working.

We trust our teams to do their best work. That means autonomy, flexibility, and room to grow.

Come help us shape the future of travel.
