You will foster a culture of open listening across departments while leveraging market data and player insights to build impactful campaigns that truly resonate with our players.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Help establish campaign frameworks, messaging, and positioning, building the strategic "sandbox" that guides and inspires cross-functional planning and execution.
  • Mentor Product Marketing team members into stronger strategic thinkers, ensuring high-level vision is reflected in daily campaign execution.

  • Collaborate closely with development and community teams to honor their creative vision in our marketing. Mastering the products' lore, gameplay, and brand boundaries to maximize promotional impact.
  • Work closely with advertising, web, and stats teams to incorporate ever-evolving analytics into our marketing process. Gather market data to measure effectiveness of marketing activities and report marketing progress and ROI to other departments/teams
  • Ensure all marketing copy, web content, advertising assets, and community materials meet high brand expectations and align with strategic goals. You will assist with creative production and copywriting/editing to maintain absolute brand consistency across all player touchpoints while ensuring on-time delivery.
  • You may manage external relationships with creative agencies, vendors, and regional partners to bring high-caliber campaigns to life.
  • Monitor key trends in the industry space and provide analysis as needed, i.e. analyze consumer research and business data to intelligently guide strategies and marketing investment
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or Related Field Required
  • Masters of Business Administration (MBA)
  • 3+ Years of Video Game Marketing Experience Specifically with Free-to-Play, Live-service and Online Games
  • Proven experience leading and managing a team
  • Deep familiarity with live-service ecosystems. Passion for and knowledge of Warframe is highly preferred.
  • Extremely detail-oriented, quality-focused and driven to consistently meet tight deadlines
  • Empathy-driven lead who listens actively, values diverse perspectives, and builds open, collaborative environments
  • Ability to think at a 10,000-foot strategic level with the Director of Marketing, but equally agile enough to jump into day-to-day project management and execution.
  • Deep understanding of gamer culture, community sentiment, and how to translate player data into compelling strategies.
  • Strong understanding of positioning, brand, and promotional strategies
  • Capable of developing an end-to-end, go-to-market plan for a global release across all platforms, including mobile
