Job Description
The Program Manager, Brand Experience oversees the planning, coordination, and delivery of integrated marketing initiatives across creative, digital, content, events, and production. Reporting to the SVP, Marketing, this role provides portfolio-level oversight of project timelines, budgets, resources, priorities, and delivery risks. Working closely with creative, copy, development, marketing, and external partners, the Program Manager establishes the processes, visibility, and accountability needed to deliver high-quality work. The role also provides direct leadership and coaching to the Integrated Marketing Producer, ensuring effective day-to-day production management and consistent delivery standards.
What You'll Do
Own Portfolio Oversight & Delivery: Maintain a centralized, real-time view of Brand Experience initiatives across print, web, social, video, and live events, tracking project status, milestones, budgets, dependencies, and risks. Anticipate delivery challenges, identify potential delays, and coordinate corrective actions to keep initiatives on schedule and aligned with business priorities.
Lead the Integrated Marketing Producer: Provide direct leadership, coaching, and ongoing development to the Integrated Marketing Producer responsible for day-to-day production activities. Establish clear expectations for project scope, timelines, quality, and accountability while supporting escalations, cross-functional coordination, decision-making, and increased ownership of production delivery.
Manage Budgets, Resources & Vendors: Own portfolio-level budget tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions. Oversee resource planning and capacity across creative, copy, development, marketing, and external partners, resolving competing priorities and recommending allocation trade-offs. Manage vendor relationships, commercial terms, purchase orders, and invoicing to support financial accountability and operational efficiency.
Manage Intake, Prioritization & Stakeholder Alignment: Lead the intake and evaluation of incoming Brand Experience requests, assessing business priorities, scope, resource requirements, feasibility, and delivery impact. Negotiate timelines, manage competing demands, recommend trade-offs, and escalate capacity or commitment risks to leadership when necessary. Maintain clear communication and alignment among requesters, functional leads, marketing stakeholders, and production teams.
Optimize Processes, Systems & Reporting: Develop, implement, and continuously improve project intake processes, delivery playbooks, templates, governance practices, and reporting routines. Own the structure and use of Notion as the centralized platform for portfolio visibility, project tracking, resource planning, and leadership reporting. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce operational friction, improve cross-functional coordination, and increase delivery efficiency.
Qualifications
Required:
- 5–7 years of experience in project, program, or portfolio management, including ownership of complex, multidisciplinary marketing or creative initiatives across digital, content, events, or production.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating creative, copy, development, marketing, production, and external partners, with accountability for project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and successful execution across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Experience managing project or portfolio budgets, including financial forecasting, variance reporting, resource allocation, vendor relationships, purchase orders, and invoicing.
- Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring production or project management professionals, establishing delivery expectations, providing coaching, resolving escalations, and supporting performance and accountability.
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships, including evaluating incoming requests, negotiating priorities and timelines, presenting project updates to senior leadership, and resolving competing resource or delivery requirements.
- Experience developing or maintaining project management systems, dashboards, intake processes, and reporting frameworks, including the use of Notion or comparable project management platforms to track portfolio performance and provide leadership visibility.
Desired:
- Comfort and enthusiasm for using AI as a regular part of how work gets done.
- Experience integrating AI tools into project planning, reporting, resource management, or marketing delivery workflows to improve efficiency and decision-making.
- Experience working in an advertising agency, creative agency, or in-house marketing environment, managing integrated initiatives across print, web, social media, video, and live events.
- Experience developing standardized operational playbooks, intake frameworks, project templates, and portfolio governance processes that improve delivery consistency and reduce administrative complexity.
