Job description

Employment Type:

Fixed Term (Fixed Term)

Job Description:

This is a contract position.

You will help deliver SaaS products that create value for travel partners around the world. In this fixed-term role based in Montreal, you will own several initiatives at once, from defining scope through launch, while coordinating technical and non-technical teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will lead the delivery of new initiatives and enhancements for airline, cruise, rail, and loyalty partners, typically managing 2 to 5 projects at the same time. You will define objectives, scope, requirements, timelines, and milestones, then track risks, issues, quality, and decisions to keep delivery on course. You will collaborate with build teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners, providing regular updates and facilitating meetings with both technical and business audiences. As AI becomes part of the working environment, you will use it thoughtfully to reduce manual work, create reusable tools or processes, and improve the quality, coverage, or speed of project follow-up while keeping human review for partner-facing work.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of software implementation project management experience, ideally in the software or e-commerce industry.
  • Client-facing experience in a technical environment, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language and manage multiple projects and partners in a complex setting.
  • Demonstrated leadership, sound judgment around scope, timelines, and resources, and the ability to execute effectively under pressure.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and meeting facilitation skills. A technical background or familiarity with HTML, CSS, React, JavaScript, API configuration, Salesforce, JIRA, or Splunk is an asset, as is experience in travel, airline passenger systems, payment service providers, or PMP certification.
  • You have replaced manual work with connected tools, created reusable templates or processes, and used AI thoughtfully in partner-facing contexts while understanding its limitations.
