  • Evaluate sponsorship opportunities and prepare presentations with strategic recommendations aligned to client objectives
  • Own key project lifecycle deliverables, including post-event reports, recaps, results summaries, and recommendations for future improvement
  • Identify opportunities to innovate, improve execution, and strengthen client partnerships
  • Support the management of client and agency-owned assets, including inventory, condition, maintenance, and repairs
  • Coordinate external partners such as influencers, photographers, videographers, media, and event support staff as needed

Requirements

  • Experience managing experiential marketing, events, sponsorships, retail marketing, or promotional campaigns
  • Experience in an experiential agency or similar brand experience environment
  • Experience in automotive marketing or with automotive clients is an asset
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, prioritization, budget tracking, and deadline management
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong attention to detail, with sound problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Experience working with staffing teams, vendors, and third-party partners in live event environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of project management platforms and tools
  • A post-secondary degree or diploma in marketing, event management, communications, or a related field is an asset
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on program needs
