Cross-Functional Leadership
- Serve as the primary liaison across Sales, Procurement, R&I, Production, Regulatory, Quality, and Logistics to keep deliverables on track
- Own risk escalation and resolution with stakeholders

- Prepare and deliver project updates, dashboards, and presentations that clearly communicate progress, risks, financial considerations, and recommendations
- Build and implement AI-driven solutions, agents, and automations that eliminate manual work and transform how the PMO operates
- Identify and recommend process improvements that strengthen project execution, communication, and operational efficiency
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- 5+ years of project management experience, with proven success managing multiple concurrent projects from initiation through launch
- Private-label experience in food and beverage manufacturing - highly recommended

- Proficiency with Monday.com, including workflows, dashboards, automations, timelines, dependencies, and reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365
- Highly organized, with exceptional attention to detail and a proven ability to structure and optimize project workflows
- Independent and proactive, yet collaborative - you manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines and take ownership of outcomes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams
- French - an asset
