You might just be our ideal candidate!

As a Project Management Assistant at Coffrages Synergy, you will play an essential role in the smooth execution of our operations and the success of our construction projects.

Your mission will be to support our Project Managers with administrative, financial, and documentation-related tasks, while ensuring effective coordination between the office and the job site. Thanks to your organizational skills and attention to detail, you will actively contribute to the quality of project follow-up, the accuracy of information shared, and the maintenance of high standards within our team.

What you gain by joining our team:

  • The chance to be part of a dynamic team that listens to your needs;
  • A competitive salary and multiple opportunities for advancement based on your interests;
  • Unlimited training through our mobile app;
  • Team events and health & wellness programs;
  • The opportunity to shape a role that truly reflects your strengths.

Sounds great, but what does a typical day as a Project Management Assistant look like?

  • Review incoming invoices: verify quantities, prices, and compliance with purchase orders or contracts;
  • Assign each invoice to the correct project and budget line;
  • Collaborate with the accounting department to ensure accurate and timely payment processing;
  • Maintain updated tracking spreadsheets in Excel (billing, project costs, etc.);
  • Prepare, send, and follow up on subcontract and supply contracts;
  • Send project start-up emails;
  • Download plans (versions, revisions, addenda) and organize them in the internal system;
  • Print plans and distribute them to the appropriate teams;
  • Organize and maintain project files in a structured way within internal platforms.

What you’ll need:

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (intermediate/advanced level)
  • Knowledge of invoicing processes, purchase orders, and contract management;
  • Strong organizational skills, rigor, and attention to detail;
  • Autonomy, initiative, and excellent priority management.

One meeting with us, and you’ll be won over!
