  • Support root cause investigations and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Coordinate with construction teams and subcontractors to ensure inspection requests are submitted with sufficient notice and work is ready for inspection.
  • Participate in pre activity meetings, preparatory meetings, quality meetings, and coordination meetings as required.
  • Monitor subcontractor compliance with project quality requirements and approved ITPs and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate field inspection records, photographs, testing documentation, checklists, reports, and supporting quality records.
  • Track outstanding quality documentation and follow up with subcontractors, suppliers, testing agencies, and project personnel to support timely completion and turnover.
  • Assist with preparation and maintenance of turnover packages, quality documentation, as built records, and project close out documentation.
  • Support internal, client, owner, and external audits and assist with addressing audit findings and corrective actions.
  • Maintain quality documentation within applicable electronic document management systems such as Procore, Autodesk, SharePoint, or equivalent platforms.
  • Promote quality awareness and continuous improvement throughout the project team.
