  • Co-develop capability strategies and roadmaps with the Portfolio Architect, incorporating business priorities, architecture direction, lifecycle requirements, dependencies, risk, and technical constraints
  • Maintain visibility into enhancement requests, future demand, product health, lifecycle risks, technical debt and modernization opportunities
  • Develop evidence-based recommendations on capability investments, prioritization, sequencing, and optimization
  • Support business case development by defining the problem, expected outcomes, options, benefits, costs, risks and dependencies
  • Facilitate roadmap, planning, governance, and investment discussions across business, architecture, delivery, and operations stakeholders
  • Contribute subject matter expertise to governance, portfolio planning and investment review activities

  • Assess vendor roadmaps, industry trends, and emerging technologies for applicability to RTS capabilities
  • Maintain capability documentation, roadmap decisions, assumptions, dependencies and lessons learned
  • Escalate material risks, priority conflicts, and investment decisions requiring management or governance action

Minimum Qualifications

  • Ability to analyze options, dependencies, risks, costs and benefits and present practical recommendations
  • Ability to use data and stakeholder input to assess adoption, capability effectiveness and improvement opportunities
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and relationship-building skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain technology considerations to business and technical audiences
  • Collaborative and able to influence without direct authority
