  • Organize and stock raw materials to support efficient plant operations.
  • Complete daily forklift safety and maintenance checks and promptly report concerns.
  • Follow established safety, quality, and efficiency procedures at all times.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly work area and leave equipment ready for the next shift.
  • Support continuous improvement and work collaboratively with coworkers, leads, and plant leadership.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience operating a stand-up Crown forklift and order picker, or the demonstrated ability to do so safely.
  • Ability to successfully complete the company’s forklift driving evaluation.
  • Ability to read and understand work instructions, loading schedules, production tickets, and basic written information in English.
  • Basic computer skills for entering receipts and maintaining daily logs.
  • Good organization, attention to detail, and hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • A safety-first mindset, initiative, and the ability to adapt in a changing, fast-paced environment.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.

Preferred: Experience in a manufacturing environment and/or working with pneumatic tools.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

  • Work in a safety-focused, fast-paced manufacturing plant committed to Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
  • Stand and walk for at least eight hours per shift, with overtime as business needs require.
  • Lift and handle product or raw materials weighing up to 120 pounds multiple times per hour; heavy loads must be team-lifted.
  • Maintain a steady work pace that supports the plant’s make-to-order production system.
  • Work around high noise levels, hot raw materials, fire-retardant materials, and limited chemicals.
  • Wear required personal protective equipment, which is provided by the company.

Reporting Relationship:

This position reports to the Plant Supervisor or Plant Operations Manager and may also receive day-to-day direction from the Department Lead.
