Full company description

VetWise provides 24/7 after-hours support for veterinary practices — licensed RVTs and veterinarians answering your phones around the clock. When a worried pet owner calls at 2 AM, voicemail leaves them feeling unsupported. They don't call back — they rush to the ER. You lose the appointment. Sometimes you lose the client. We built VetWise because we lived this. Founded by veterinarians who understand the impossible choice between being available for clients and being present for life, VetWise exists so practices never have to choose between burnout and abandoned clients. Our experienced RVTs (10+ years average) provide clinical triage with empathy and expertise. True emergencies are directed to the ER with case notes sent ahead. Everything else? Booked at YOUR practice for the morning. When clients need a vet tonight — not tomorrow, but not the ER — our telemedicine platform gives you options. Staff it with your own DVMs, use our locum veterinarians, or mix both. Your clients. Your pricing. Your revenue. 750,000+ calls handled. 600+ practices trusting VetWise. Technology makes us efficient. People make us different. That's Care. Anywhere.
