Today, our global team works across Canada, the United States, Mexico, Honduras and El Salvador, combining manufacturing expertise, innovation and a commitment to workplace safety.

The ideal candidate:

You are a highly organized, proactive and customer-focused coordinator who manages competing priorities, follows through, and keeps work moving across departments. You communicate clearly, work confidently with sales, inventory and account information, and use sound judgment to resolve routine issues or escalate risks.

Superior Glove Works Ltd. is currently hiring for a Sales Support Associate to work at its Global Headquarters in Acton, Ontario, Canada. Occasional travel may be required based on customer, team, or business needs.

More about the role:

Reporting to the SSA Team Leader, the Sales Coordinator provides proactive sales, account, and operational support to assigned Territory Managers, National Account Managers, distributors, and customers. The role coordinates forecasts, orders, inventory, meetings, projects, quality cases, account communications, and cross-functional follow-up. Assignments may support a territory, national accounts, or both.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate forecasting and order planning with assigned sales representatives, Purchasing, and other teams. Monitor forecasts, open orders, inventory, backorders, delivery dates, and launch timing; identify risks, support appropriate stock or substitution options, and follow actions through to resolution.
  • Provide day-to-day coordination for assigned Territory Managers and/or National Account Managers, including continuity during absences. Respond to routine distributor and customer requests, coordinate meetings and customer visits, prepare information, track commitments, and escalate pricing, contractual, strategic, or relationship-sensitive matters.
  • Coordinate sales-related projects and cases, including quality cases, product modifications, logo orders, custom requests, samples, and new product development activities. Track requirements, owners, timelines, approvals, production, shipment, and closure; communicate delays and escalate risks to customer commitments.
  • Maintain Salesforce, ERP, Power BI, and sales, inventory, and usage reports. Identify account trends and opportunities, share insights with sales representatives, and support distributor reviews, RFQs/RFPs, account reports, and new product or customer setup.
  • Support contract renewals, maintain and improve sales-support processes, SOPs, templates, and coordination tools, and recommend practical workflow improvements. Maintain accurate records and current knowledge of products and systems, and perform other duties based on business needs.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, account coordination, or a related role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Salesforce or another CRM, ERP/NetSuite, Power BI, Microsoft Office, and Excel; able to learn other systems as business needs require.
  • Working understanding of the sales pipeline, customer journey, forecasting, order management, and inventory, with the ability to interpret and communicate relevant information.
  • Strong organization, time-management, project coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Clear written and verbal communication, customer focus, sound judgment, follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and know when to escalate.
  • Assets include related post-secondary education; advanced Salesforce, Power BI, ERP/NetSuite, or Excel skills; French or Spanish; and experience in B2B sales support, distribution, manufacturing, forecasting, account projects, or cross-functional sales activities.
