We’ve built an unstoppable team from coast-to-coast, and now we’re looking for a Senior Consultant, Management Consulting to join us.

The ideal candidate is ambitious, autonomous, professional and eager to help turn high level strategic ideas into action. As a member of our growing consulting team, you won’t just be watching the health care landscape change; you’ll be actively helping shape client strategy at all levels of the health system. • Owning project delivery across multiple concurrent strategy engagements, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines
  • Leading the development of deliverables such as slide decks, briefing notes, and other communication materials, ensuring high quality outputs and strategic alignment to client goals
  • Maintaining a day-to-day relationship with health sector leaders as part of ongoing advisory and client management responsibilities
  • Tracking and researching emerging health system trends and analyzing their implications to client organizations
  • Designing and executing stakeholder engagement plans, and participating in interviews, focus groups, surveys, facilitation sessions and other engagement tactics
  • Leading proposal drafting, pitch presentations, and response approaches for new business
  • Identifying opportunities to expand client files and build long-term account pipelines
  • Supporting Santis’ internal product and process development to increase efficiency and continue to develop the management consulting business
  • Working collaboratively with the Santis team and cultivating strong peer relationships across government affairs, communications, digital health, and life sciences verticals

A Great Candidate Would Have a Combination of These Skills and Qualifications:

  • A post-secondary degree in health sciences, policy, business, or related field. Post-graduate training would be beneficial.
  • Minimum 4
years of related work experience, with previous consulting experience preferred.
  • Experience leading projects, ensuring completion of high quality deliverables on time and on budget.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and problem solve in the face of uncertainty.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead project teams and mentor junior staff with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in client engagement and relationship-building with industry representatives and senior executives.
  • Demonstrated research and analytical capabilities to guide decision-making.
  • Expert skills in MS Office (i.e., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and the Google Suite.
  • Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and workflows, while maintaining a strong understanding of AI ethics, data privacy, and the importance of fact-checking and human review.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the delivery of slides and presentations.
  • Exceptional organizational skills – ability to juggle multiple clients and projects and competing deadlines on a daily basis.
  • Skilled in priority-setting, efficient time-management and the ability to work well within teams and independently.
  • Great attention to detail, with strong calibre of work requiring minimal revision.
  • High degree of discretion and professionalism.
