Job description

About DataStealth

DataStealth is a single, unified AI data security platform (DSP) that discovers, classifies, and protects sensitive data across your entire environment — from on-premise to legacy systems to cloud. Wherever your data lives or flows, we protect it using the latest technologies and AI. We do this without requiring complex integrations or changes to your existing applications, ensuring security that enables, rather than hinders, your business. By seamlessly applying data protection strategies such as tokenization, we ensure that even if your perimeter is breached, your data remains unusable if it falls into the wrong hands.

Recognized for the fifth consecutive year as a Great Place to Work, we are one of the world's leading and fastest growing cybersecurity software companies. Our patented technology gives our large enterprise customers a paradigm-shifting way to solve the data security problems that legacy approaches cannot.

About You:

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team and help streamline software delivery, infrastructure management, and system reliability. You will work closely with the rest of our engineering, QA, and operations teams to build scalable, secure, and automated solutions that support our growing applications and services. Your expertise will be crucial in driving successful deployments, optimizing customer experiences, and accelerating development processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and maintain cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) within multiple providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines within Github and GitHub Actions.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning using tools like SaltStack or Terraform
  • Build and optimize our system performance, reliability, and security using modern observability tools (Grafana, ELK, Zabbix, Greylog).
  • Drive containerization and orchestration efforts
  • Collaborate with engineers to optimize deployment processes and improve our architecture.
  • Enforce security best practices and assist in audits or compliance initiatives.
  • Regularly update and enhance DataStealth documentation for clarity, accuracy, and relevance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Systems Engineering roles.
  • Proficient in scripting (e.g., Bash, Python, or Go).
  • Expert in Docker or others like Kaniko and containerd with orchestration platforms like Kubernetes or ECS.
  • Knowledge in building tools for Java (Maven) and Javascript/TypeScrypt (npm/nx/chromatic)
  • SonarQube integrations
  • Libraries Vulnerabilities management
  • Strong knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.
  • Deep hands on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • In-depth understanding of networking, security best practices.
  • Strong experience in Linux
  • This is a hybrid role and you need to be able to commute and work in our office 4 days/week.
