• 5–10 years of experience with enterprise automation, value realization and establishing or maturing Digital Enablement, Low-Code, Innovation or Centre of Excellence practices.
• 5+ years of experience designing governance frameworks for digital solutions, citizen development, automation and AI-enabled technologies.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft’s digital ecosystem, including SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Agents.
• Experience developing enterprise standards, reference architectures, guardrails, communities of practice, training and adoption strategies.
• Undergraduate degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science or a relevant field, or relevant BA/PM certification such as ECBA, CCBA, CBAP, PMI-PBA, PMP or PRINCE2.
