We’ll help you succeed in a globally connected powerhouse of diverse teams and take your career wherever you want it to go.

Successful organizations depend on their reputation for keeping promises, respecting laws, and behaving ethically to maintain stakeholder trust. EY’s Forensic & Integrity Services professionals help organizations protect and restore enterprise and financial reputation while maintaining a strong culture of integrity. We put integrity at the heart of compliance programs to help better manage ethical and reputational risks.

Our Forensic & Integrity Services practice helps organizations develop proactive and reactive solutions to the risks or allegations of fraud, bribery, other misconduct, and respond to law enforcement or regulatory inquiries. We use advanced forensic technologies to gather facts and evidence to analyse issues and help organizations manage relevant stakeholders. We support our clients by analyzing data sources to identify connections, patterns, or anomalies and by presenting findings to key stakeholders internally, or externally in legal proceedings. We also help our clients measure, document, and prepare complex property damage and business interruption insurance claims.

  • Building trusted advisor relationships with clients and lawyers
  • Developing innovative solutions to complex problems
  • Delivering consistent quality service to our clients
  • Managing a team of staff, depending on the project size

  • Strong oral and written communication skills with a high degree of professionalism to build relationships with team members and clients from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail to maintain high quality working papers
  • A strong desire to learn and continue expanding own skill set
  • Willingness to travel on engagements, when necessary.

What we look for

We are interested in passionate people that possess a curiosity to actively pursue new and creative solutions in the rapidly changing world of forensic & integrity services. You will require a strong accounting foundation, critical thinking and problem-solving mindset, as well as the ability to communicate and translate complex information into meaningful, actionable insights both verbally and in writing. We are also interested in people that can develop and nurture relationships, both internally and externally, and are committed to understanding our clients’ needs. If you are looking to become part of a community of advisors where you will make an impact at some of the most prestigious businesses, this role is for you.

  • Completed (or in the process of completing) the CPA designation
  • 2-4 years of auditing background within a professional services firm
  • Substantial knowledge of a wide variety of PC-based tools, including but not limited to spreadsheets and presentations (MS Excel & PowerPoint)
