Senior Growth Enablement Manager

📍 Remote (Canada) │ Hybrid Available – Kitchener, ON

🧑‍💼 Reports to: Chief Growth Officer

Salary range: $110,000 - 130,000 (CAD)

🏢 About Encircle

Encircle is leading the $1.6 trillion property insurance industry out of the dark ages of pen-and-paper processes, into the digital age of transparency and empowerment. Our easy-to-use software platform enables thousands of restoration contractors and insurance professionals around the world to process claims faster.

We’re a remote-first company with a collaboration hub in downtown Kitchener—and we’re growing.

📌 About the Role

Our customers are restoration professionals: the people who show up after water, fire and mold losses, often in the middle of the night, and help families and businesses get back on their feet. It’s skilled, demanding work, and the people who do it have deep expertise in their craft. We’re proud to build software for them.

Every conversation a restoration business has with Encircle should be worth their time. Whether it’s a first call, an onboarding session or a check-in a year later, we want our team to understand how their business really works, focus on what will help them most and show up as a genuine partner.

As our Senior Growth Enablement Manager, you’ll own growth enablement across Encircle’s customer-facing teams: new sales, account management and onboarding and activation. Our teams already have deep experience and real relationships in this industry. You’ll make sure that experience is shared, built on and delivered consistently, so every customer gets the same thoughtful, useful experience no matter who they talk to.

This is a builder role. You’ll set the direction, build the first version, prove it works and grow it as Encircle scales.

What you’ll be known for:

  • Building the program from the ground up. Defining what great looks like for every customer-facing role and building the system that helps everyone get there.
  • Deepening our understanding of customers. Helping our teams truly understand how restoration businesses run, what they’re working toward and where Encircle can help.
  • Making every conversation useful. Making sure the people who talk to our customers are prepared, clear and focused on what matters to that customer.
  • Helping experienced teams grow. Bringing structure and new skills to people with deep industry knowledge, in a way that builds on what they already know.

How you’ll work with others:

  • Coaching and performance management stay with Sales and Customer Success leaders. You equip them and partner with them.
  • Positioning and messaging stay with Product Marketing. You turn them into skills and tools.
  • Sales data, process and systems sit with Revenue and Growth Operations. You use them to measure impact.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

Enablement strategy and program

  • Define Encircle’s growth enablement strategy and roadmap, in partnership with Sales, Customer Success and Growth Leadership
  • Define what great looks like for each customer-facing role: the knowledge, skills and behaviors that help customers succeed
  • Understand where each team is today and prioritize the areas that will make the biggest difference for customers
  • Build a program that scales as the team grows, with clear owners, cadence and measures

Customer understanding

  • Ground how we sell, onboard and support customers in a deep understanding of their business
  • Work with Product Marketing to bring customer insight, feedback and stories into everything our teams learn
  • Help every team understand how restoration businesses operate: how jobs run, how contractors work with adjusters and carriers, and the pressures owners and crews manage every day
  • Make sure our conversations are clear, practical and focused on the outcomes that matter to each customer

Sales methodology and skills

  • Partner with sales leadership to define and roll out a consistent approach to customer conversations across new sales and account management
  • Own ongoing reinforcement so it lasts well beyond any single training moment
  • Build skills in listening and discovery, understanding a customer’s business, showing value and demonstrating Encircle in a way that connects to how they work
  • Bring the same care to onboarding and activation, so customers get value from Encircle quickly and with confidence

Demo and conversation readiness

  • Build standard demo and conversation frameworks by role, audience and product
  • Create a certification process so every customer-facing person is prepared before they’re in front of customers
  • Run regular practice and review sessions that keep skills sharp

Onboarding and ramp

  • Build a structured onboarding path for new sellers, account managers and onboarding and activation managers
  • Help new hires become effective faster with clear milestones and support through their first months
  • Make learning about the restoration industry a core part of onboarding, so new hires understand our customers’ world before they talk to them

Tools, content and launch readiness

  • Work with Product Marketing to turn positioning, product knowledge and competitive insight into tools teams actually use, such as talk tracks, discovery guides and answers to common questions
  • Own one central place where customer-facing teams find current, approved material
  • Make sure every team is ready before a product or pricing change reaches customers

Measurement and insight

  • Define how we measure enablement impact, with Sales Leadership and Revenue and Growth Operations
  • Use call insight, performance data and team and customer feedback to find opportunities and shape the program
  • Report regularly on readiness, adoption and impact to growth and sales leadership

✅ What You’ll Bring

  • 10+ years in sales enablement, revenue enablement or a related role, ideally in B2B SaaS, with experience building a program from the ground up
  • You’ve rolled out a consistent approach to customer conversations and kept it alive through reinforcement, not just a launch event
  • You’ve supported multiple customer-facing teams, such as new sales, account management and onboarding or customer success
  • You know how to earn trust with experienced teams and help them grow by building on what they already know
  • You’re a strong facilitator and coach who makes learning practical, engaging and relevant
  • You turn complex products into simple, usable tools
  • You use data and customer insight to decide what to work on and to show impact
  • You care about customers and want to understand their world, not just their buying process
  • You’re comfortable with modern sales tools, including CRM, conversation intelligence and AI tools for learning and content

What sets you apart:

  • Experience enabling teams that serve trades, construction, field services, insurance or owner-operated businesses
  • Experience in a fast-moving sales environment with short deal cycles
  • A background in sales or customer success yourself
