About You

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Digital Commerce, Retail Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in eCommerce, Digital Commerce, Retail, Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), or Omnichannel environments.
  • Proven experience managing the commercial performance of a significant digital sales channel, with accountability for revenue, customer, and financial results.
  • Demonstrated success leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
