Who You Are

- Lead AI Search Optimization and hyper-local SEO, including structured data, entity building, Google Business Profiles, listings, reviews, citations, and location-level content

- Turn complex performance data into clear insights, opportunities, and reporting that guide decisions and demonstrate impact
- Influence senior stakeholders and lead execution across marketing, web and development, operations, vendors, and external partners
What You'll Bring

- Deep expertise in local and technical SEO, including Google Business Profiles, listings, reviews, location strategy, crawling, indexation, site architecture, structured data, and page experience
- Strong AI search and automation capabilities, with hands-on experience using LLMs, workflow tools, APIs, scripts, or AI agents to improve day-to-day execution
- Strong UX, CRO, CMS, and web fluency, with the ability to partner with design and development teams to improve performance and conversion
- Highly analytical, with experience building measurement frameworks using GA4, Search Console, Looker Studio, or similar tools; SQL is an asset
- An influential communicator and strong project leader who can manage multiple initiatives, stakeholders, vendors, and external partners
- Experience with enterprise SEO platforms and people or vendor management is preferred; French is a strong asset
