Position Overview
As a Senior Project Manager in the Revenue Operations Program & Project Office within Field Operations, you will lead priority programs that deliver meaningful outcomes for the field as part of Autodesk's broader Revenue Operations organization supporting World Wide Field Operations (WWFO).

You will lead complex, cross-functional programs that bring together multiple interconnected workstreams in pursuit of shared business objectives.

You will translate business priorities into integrated execution plans, align teams around common outcomes, and manage the dependencies, decisions, and tradeoffs required to move programs forward.

You will partner with business sponsors and cross-functional leaders to clarify objectives, align resources, navigate competing priorities, and drive programs from definition through successful rollout and adoption. You will take accountability for integrated program delivery and progress against agreed success measures, while partnering with business owners who are accountable for the realization of business benefits.

You will bring structure to ambiguous work, maintain momentum across interconnected workstreams, and combine strong program management discipline with sound business judgment, an understanding of the sales lifecycle and seller journey, and knowledge of field priorities, processes, and operating context.

Examples of programs you may lead include:

  • A cross-functional program to improve renewal execution, coordinating interconnected process, technology, enablement, and operational workstreams to drive consistent field execution and adoption.
  • A seller productivity program that brings together related operational improvements to reduce administrative effort and improve field efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead priority Revenue Operations programs from definition through execution, launch readiness, and stabilization, with accountability for integrated delivery and progress against agreed business outcomes
  • Develop and own integrated program plans with clear objectives, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, owners, and measurable success criteria
  • Partner with business leaders to shape opportunities before approval Coordinate cross-functional resources across WWFO and Revenue Operations, aligning capacity, priorities, and dependencies across workstreams to support execution, rollout, and adoption
  • Design and manage program governance, operating cadences, and stakeholder forums that create visibility, accountability, and forward momentum
  • Partner across Revenue Operations, Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, Product, Technology, Data, and other field-facing organizations to align execution and resolve dependencies
  • Integrate plans from GET, Product and other delivery teams
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment by understanding stakeholder goals, constraints, incentives, and interdependencies, and connecting the right people to move work forward
  • Make independent decisions on program execution approach, workstream sequencing, governance, and day-to-day delivery priorities within agreed parameters
  • Assess and recommend cross-functional tradeoffs involving scope, resources, timelines, and competing priorities, escalating decisions that affect approved business objectives or functional commitments
  • Identify and manage risks, dependencies, scope changes, and root causes, proposing practical mitigation plans and escalating thoughtfully when needed
  • Create clear, executive-ready program updates, dashboards, and narratives that communicate progress, risks, outcomes, and decisions required
  • Partner with business sponsors to define measurable success criteria and monitor progress against intended outcomes, including operational adoption, process efficiency, seller productivity, and other relevant business measures
  • Apply field context and Revenue Operations expertise to program execution, anticipating downstream impacts and keeping plans aligned to meaningful field outcomes
  • Coordinate change management, enablement, readiness, and adoption activities across program workstreams, partnering with relevant teams to prepare impacted audiences and support successful implementation
  • Drive integrated program execution through launch and stabilization, with clear ownership, support models, transition plans, and ongoing adoption measures
  • Track benefits through handoff, and run the post-launch benefits review with the business owner
  • Contribute to consistent program and project management practices across the team, sharing learnings and improving tools, templates, and operating mechanisms
  • Uses AI-enabled tools to improve program execution and reporting

Minimum Qualifications

  • Relevant experience leading complex, cross-functional programs or interconnected workstreams with measurable outcomes
  • Demonstrated experience translating business objectives into integrated program plans and driving execution across multiple stakeholders and functions
  • Strong ability to navigate ambiguity, organize complex work, manage scope and tradeoffs, and create clear paths forward
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional resources, managing competing priorities, and aligning teams around shared execution objectives without direct authority
  • Experience partnering across Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, Operations, Product, Technology, Data, or related field organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage dependencies, identify risks, facilitate decisions, and drive accountability without direct authority
  • Comfortable leading both date-driven programs and iterative, outcome-based work where scope evolves
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex inputs into clear recommendations, decisions, and executive-level program narratives
  • Experience establishing and managing program governance, operating rhythms, dashboards, and shared sources of truth
  • Ability to quickly develop and apply business and field context to inform execution decisions and anticipate downstream impacts
  • Experience defining and tracking program success measures, including operational readiness, adoption, and business impact.
  • Working knowledge of go-to-market data, systems, processes, and reporting concepts
  • Practical application of program management methods is valued over strict adherence to a specific methodology

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or broader field operations organizations
  • Experience leading programs across large, global, or matrixed organizations with complex stakeholder environments
  • Strong understanding of the sales lifecycle, seller journey, and core go-to-market motions, with the ability to connect operational changes to field execution and seller impact
  • Experience working within a large technology company or similarly scaled, fast-moving enterprise environment
  • Demonstrated ability to translate field needs into operational requirements, execution plans, and measurable outcomes.
  • Experience supporting transformation, process improvement, operating model, or go-to-market programs
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders and executive stakeholders on high-visibility programs
