- Driving safe project execution through strong leadership, effective communication, quality field documentation, issue resolution, and adherence to project objectives.
- Supporting Project Managers with project planning, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, resource management, and client communication.
- Interpreting environmental data and developing practical, technically sound recommendations that support risk management and regulatory compliance.
- Preparing and reviewing high-quality technical reports, environmental assessments, remediation strategies, regulatory submissions, and project deliverables.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors, regulatory agencies, Indigenous communities, and other project stakeholders.
- Developing, implementing, and promoting site-specific health, safety, and sustainability plans in alignment with Worley standards and regulatory requirements.
- Supporting business development activities, client relationship management, and opportunities to expand project scope and service offerings.
- Promoting a culture of safety, sustainability, operational excellence, technical quality, and continuous improvement across all project activities.
